POSTAGE & RETURNS
Postage costs – UK – RETAIL STOCK
Postage is free on all UK orders over the value of £50. For orders below £50, there is a fee of £3.50 per order
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt.
All smaller & lighter items are posted via Royal Mail 2nd class delivery service, this service provides a 2 day delivery service but it is not guaranteed.
Larger orders (over 2kg) will be posted by courier delivery service on 48 hour or quicker service.
If you require any faster delivery service, please do contact us and we will advise further.
Postage costs – International RETAIL STOCK
Postage is free on all International orders over the value of £100. For orders below £100, there is a fee of £10.00 per order
Postage costs – CUSTOM ORDERS
Postage costs will be discussed direct with the customer but are typically £45 to £90 per order
Unwanted and exchange items
Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for a refund or exchange if they are returned to us within 30 days from receipt date.
We are sorry but we are unable to cover or refund postage costs.
Goods must be returned unused and in as-sold condition in original packaging.
Items must be suitably packaged for return. Please do not directly stick labels or write on the item or the item’s original packaging.
Goods returned after 30 days will not be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please include a copy of your receipt and a covering letter explaining your returned item(s). For your protection, please keep your proof of posting.
For Custom Orders, unfortunately we cannot accept unwanted goods as these are manufactured to order
Incorrectly supplied goods
We will endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
Please note – we must be informed of any errors within 10 days of purchase date.
If you have an item that you need to return to us due to a fault within its warranty period of 1 year please contact us first as we may be able to offer further advice
If in the event you need to post an item back please include a copy of your receipt together with full details of the problem.
Goods must be returned in a clean condition.
If your return is urgent
If you have purchased something that is not the right size, model or colour and you require a replacement quickly, the best solution is to purchase the correct item from us and then return the incorrect item to ourselves with a note asking for a full refund.
