DESIGN SUPPORT
STEP 2 – Upon receiving your initial inquiry we can then look at design options. We can duplicate past designs, make tweaks and amendments to existing designs or with the help of our designers create a whole new look for your club or team. We can also provide examples and ideas but more importantly listen to your wishes to get your perfect kit creation. Vanelli do not charge for design service.
SIZING SAMPLES
STEP 3 – We have invested heavily in providing a full and comprehensive set of garment samples. We believe that having a correct fit is the single most important aspect of any sports clothing. Particularly in our cycling range where we offer everything from World beating Speedsuits and Skinsuits through to some of our more leisure based cycling jerseys the reliance on sizing charts on a computer screen simply doesn’t cut it.
Fabric SAMPLING
STEP 4 – To achieve the ultimate colour match we can work with both Pantone and CMYK colour schemes. We can also offer a conversion between the two and are more than happy to send the customer a full fabric colour sample with sample items.
This can massively enhance the customer experience in seeing the vast myriad of colour options available for their custom design.
APPROVAL & MINIMUM ORDER OF 5
STEP 5 – Once the agreed design has been approved the order needs to be collated. We offer very low minimums of just 5 pieces per item ie 5 Evoline Jerseys or 5 Aeroline Speedsuits. There can be some flexibility with this dependent on certain factors. Its is on approval of design that we ask for 50% deposit to start manufacturing. The final 50% balance payment is requested on completion of order before dispatch to customer.
LEAD TIMES
STEP 6 – We offer super competitive leads times of approximately 4 to 5 weeks from confirmation of order and payment of deposit. Lead times can sometimes fluctuate depending on time of year. We do however have a superb relationship with our factory owners and quicker lead times can sometimes be arranged.
MANUFACTURING
STEP 7 – All of the Vanelli range of products are produced exclusively within the EU. This ensures both top-quality kit manufactured in a safe and secure environment by its employees. This also enables us to maintain close relationships in terms of the order process and product development. We use only the finest Italian fabrics and inks and to compliment that we use the best Italian pads from Elastic Interface and Dolomiti.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
STEP 8 – Customers will be notified on completion order and approx delivery date. We offer both road and air freight options on delivery from factory to office in UK. For our foreign customers we can arrange freight to anywhere in the world. All of our garments are individually packaged in environmentally friendly PLA bags. We made this switch several years ago in an effort to mitigate our effect on the environment.
